CANCELLATION POLICY

At JENNIBROOKE XSTHETIXS, your experience is curated with intention and care. To ensure each client receives the highest level of service, the following policies are in place: 🤍 Gratuity To create a more transparent and elevated experience, all services are priced to reflect their full value. Because of this, gratuity is never expected. 🤍 Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is applied toward your final balance at the time of service. 🤍 Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens — I completely understand. To respect the time, preparation, and care involved in each appointment, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit and charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service price. • Day of cancellation/No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service price. • A 10-minute grace period is provided before an appointment is marked as a no-show ✨ Final Sale All services and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
